- Email [email protected] with the subject mesme account deletion.
- Include your mesme username and say that you want the account and associated personal data deleted. If you only want particular data removed, explain which data.
- We may ask you to verify that you control the account before we act. Never send your password, 12-word recovery phrase or app PIN.

This opens your email app. It does not delete anything automatically.

A verified request covers your live account record, public profile held by our account service, authentication/recovery records and contact relationships associated with the account. Group records, abuse-prevention records and purchase records may require separate treatment where they affect other members, an active entitlement or legal obligations. We will explain any information that must be retained and why.
Your readable chat history is on your device. Remove local data and any backups you no longer want separately. Other users may retain messages and files they received from you. Temporary encrypted delivery records expire according to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and gifts
Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it in Google Play subscriptions. One-time Premium gifts do not renew automatically. Keep any purchase information you need before deleting your account.
